Aponogeton distachyos – Free flowering for most of the year, this plant looks fantastic early and late in the year. The foliage dies back in the summer. Plant in still water away from splashing fountains. Lower gradually so the leaves can stretch to the surface within a few days.
Deep water plants are an excellent addition to lilies, they are more tolerant of shade and moving water, but equality good at providing surface cover, helping to keep the water clear.
